Annemarie is extremely professional, combined with a very caring personality. She gives incredible personalised support, including great follow-up monitoring. She is careful to explain all aspects of procedures being undertaken to make sure we understand. Annemarie also went through all test results with us carefully and thoroughly, encouraging us to ask questions.

I highly recommend Annemarie because she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She has a state of the art machine for testing your ears which I haven't seen at the GP. She also provides a high end massage chair which you can use before your consultation. We are very fortunate to have Annemarie's clinic in Narooma.

I first saw Annemarie in 2021. Annemarie told me at that time I would need new hearing aids in the not too distant future. I went back to Annemarie recently. She spent a lot of time with me checking my hearing & working out the best set of hearing aids to suite my needs. I picked my hearing aids up last Thursday and am absolutely delighted with them. I am now hearing sounds I hadn't heard in years. Annemarie went to a lot of trouble to make sure I got the right hearing aids. She spent an hour and half programming the hearing aids & downloading the app so I can take a phone call through my phone without having to turn on speaker phone. Annemarie is passionate about her work & makes sure you get the right hearing aids. I whole heartedly recommend her due to hern knowledge, experience & skills.Maureen

Anne Marie was amazing with my 3 year old son. She made the whole process into a game for him so that he was comfortable having different headphones on to check his hearing. Anne Marie helped my elderly father obtain hearing aids. First his hearing was tested and then each aid was calibrated to perfectly suit the needs of each ear. He now gets so much more enjoyment out of daily life. Simple things like meaningful conversation and watching (hearing) TV had been out of his grasp until he saw Anne Marie. She goes out of her way to help each client and is genuinely motivated to help others. Being in a regional area we often struggle to access such high standards of professional expertise so I’m grateful to Anne Marie for bringing that to us.
