I didn’t know the owners of this Optus store are different to the ones who own Optus at Hinkler.Recently, a young blonde girl served me who spoke professionally, but she lied to me about something significant, and it was really obvious. She lost all credibility and was unable/unwilling to assist me. I went back and spoke to the manager (owner?) who corrected her error but the damage had been done. To be fair, a few months ago a young guy served me, and he was professional and helpful. I would only deal with Hinkler from now on.

Wasted nearly 30 minutes with the contract all done only to be told Oh someone sold the last phone! I can send you one next week or you can go to another model for just this much more per month""

Twice I've been there and each time I've found the female staff more pleasant and helpful even though I was approached by a male member first on my last visit, however when he discovered I had a complaint, he said I would be better off talking to the female member, anyway he said I'm on a phone call at present"
