Could not have asked for better and friendlier service. Jo and Sophi did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied and after numerous phone calls and emails I got the watch I wanted. They were determined to make sure I walked out of there a happy customer, and I was.Also I have to say a big thank you to Wallace Bishop Head Office as they also played a big part in helping me out.

Purchased a pendant online for a 21st birthday gift. Finally received a response back for my request to collect from a physical store. Contacted the store to see if my son could collect on my bag of as he was in the centre. I was advised by the Team there that it was not possible as his name is not on the order. I advised them that his details are the same as mine with address and last name, but they still wouldn’t allow it.Contacted the WebOrders team and requested a refund due to the poor customer service I just received. They advised my son was able to collect (however by this time he had returned home). They not only didn’t allow my son to collect which I was later advised he was in fact able to do but they stopped me from collecting the gift which was for her birthday today. No alternatives offered and still no response. Not good enough

Was my chosen shop to buy my Tissot. Lady who I spoke to over phone was very kind and helpful. The model not being available I was advised to go to the outlet and contact a certain person ( as the lady I spoke to over phone was on her day off) who would help me place the order. Sadly, the team at work on that day ( both ladies I interacted with) lacked the qualities I was looking for that I didn't feel confident or comfortable continuing with my purchase. When I asked if there was a watch with a 30mm dial to try on, the lady said this is a similar model but I don't know if it's 30mm". In stark contrast

Bought something for our 20th aniversary very knowlegeble helpful staff went back a week latter for mothers day and got matching product for the anniversary gift. Will be my goto for jewlery.
