This is probably the worst place i have ever visited.My sns cracked up the next day.It was done very badly,not neat at all,not even and its veeeeeeeeeeeery thick.Its disgusting.Dont waste your money going here.They glued me everywhere they almost did my whole hand with glue.

Absolutely awful. My nails were completely damaged after getting them done here. Didn’t last much longer than a day. So disappointed. Would not recommend going here at all.

made me pay in advance first girl was giggling too much like she's never seen a man been waxed before she bought another girl in she waxed half and said that's done then the third girl was the boss who thinks she's a movie star arguing with her that only half has been done she reluctantly did the other half very unprofessional I'll go back to my usual waxer and never go back there again !!!!!

Fiona now have this shop outside on the main road (used to be inside Springvale Shopping Centre). Always come here to get my hair done in the past 7 years and my hair is still healthy with no split ends. And just recently knew they do lashes as well. So basically you can pamper yourself from a to z at reasonable pricing! My lashes are full set 10-12mm.Definitely recommend her business to everyone!

Worst eyelash extensions i’ve ever had. And my eyes hurt like hell. She finished my eyelashes in less than 30minutes, how do you expect your lashes to look that perfect if not even doing the effort to make it look nice ?

Absolutely disgusting! This shop should be closed down, they have no sympathy for the damage they have caused.Fried my hair & burnt my scalp leaving me with absolutely no option but to shave my hair off. Also now getting medical treatment for the burns and scabs on my scalp.Also if you had belief in your work, why do you charge people before you have even completed the job ?I COULDN’T STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT GO HERE

Went there for the first and last time. Made me pay in advance and literally fried my hair. I asked for blond foils. Got blue, purple and green shades throughout my hair.After the first wash could not even brush it my hair was snapping. My hair is sooooo dry. Put a treatment in it but nothing helping.Called them to explain my hair condition but they were so rude and telling me that I had don’t something to my hair and hung up on me.If u love your hair DO NOT go there!Absolutely disgusting!They don’t even deserve a 1 star
