Good coffee bad maths.Purchased a 1kg bag of their microlot coffee. Roasted in 200g batches on my sample roaster. To my surprise the last batch weighed 82g. Confused I wondered if I had actually already roasted 1kg and they overfilled by 82g. Checked my logs and nope. I got 882g total in the bag. That is a long way off from 1kg. Fortunately I bought this on 20% off sale, but I'm not sure that's how it works. Was still expecting a kilo. Every other green bean company I know actually over fills by about 0.5-1%.

I cannot speak more highly of my interaction with Green Bean Coffee, particularly Lachlan. I bought a coffee roasting machine (for which the buying experience was great), however a month or so in it started to have a few issues. Lachlan was superbly attentive and fixed the machine really quickly, as well as giving me roasted beans to cover me for when the machine was broken. Many thanks and I will now be buying my green beans exclusively through them.

Visited today to buy some green beans for home roasting. Very nice setup there. Warehouse is very clear and orderly. Staff working there was very friendly and helpful. They have a large range of coffee beans at good prices too. Recommend that you check them out if you're looking for some green coffee!! Or Roasted :)
