We have rented a property from this agency for last 5 years. I was so lucky to have Leanne as my direct contact on this property. I cannot describe how friendly and helpful she was during this period. Professional service and the support she provided was wonderful. when comparing her with some other real estate agencies that I have dealt with them before or I am dealing now, she is just amazing to work with. I recommend this agency to everyone.

I was the tenant dealing with wise earth for 3 years. Wise earth’s service was amazing in the first 2 years. However, after JAMES CHEN took over our property and worked as the property manager, that’s the start of the nightmare. JAMES cared nothing but money. And after I told him I’m going to move out, he became very rude and aggressive even though 28 days notice has been given before the end of the contract. He even tried to threat me that I need to fix the hardware of the property even if it is completely not my responsibility advised by layer when I insisted I need to move out. It was a long time( 2 months)that JAMES insisted I was the one who should fix the Hardware. However, he knew he was wrong at very beginning because he released my bond immediately after I showed him the email my layer was about to send to him and told him we will see in VCAT if he kept importuning me.He can’t remember any tenant details. After I moved out for 3 month, he sent me the council rates bill and was thinking I am the landlord. And after I moved out for 6 months, he even sent me the wrong invoice. After I pointed it out, he didn’t have any sense of guilty.It was a long story trying to move out to my new apartment and I’ve never imagined a property manager can be that unscrupulous and two-faced like James Chen Because of him, never want to deal with Wise Earth again. No now, not ever.

My experience with Wise Earth was amazing. I was really interested in a property and contacted Yeva immediately after my inspection and application submission. She was extremely kind and told me all about the progress of the application every step of the way. When I had questions or concerns and texted her, she would reply immediately with an update, which I really appreciate. Not only is she kind and friendly, but she is also very professional. Thank you so much for your help, Yeva and Wise Earth! I really appreciate it.

Very unprofessional agency. Eric liang tried to rush the payment before even sending the lease agreement. When I said I need to see the lease agreement (the LEGAL DOCUMENT) which would give me an idea about how things would be handled, he literally said I’m “making trouble” for him and said that I would have to pay him $110 dollars if I choose not to go ahead with the property after reading the lease. I’ve never heard of paying for a property without reading a lease first. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

The most un-professional agency I have dealt with so far. Amy Song was the agent looking after my lease- there was lack of communication, they took forever to provide the keys to the apartment, delayed response and zero responsibility.

I had a excellent rental experience with Wise Earth, really a great agency. In particular, as my direct contact agent, Amy is very responsible, always reply to my messages in time, and is very patient to answer my questions every time.

The perfect tenancy experience - a truly excellent agency and great team!As a tenant, I couldn't have hoped for more. From the very beginning to the very end of my two year tenancy in a Docklands apartment, Wise Earth were a delight to deal with.The contract signing experience was very professional and quick (I did this at the Elizabeth St office prior to Docklands opening). I had offered to pay four months rent in advance to secure the tenancy, however after being selected to lease the apartment Wise Earth instructed me that it was not necessary. It surprised me how fair they were with me in this regard. Upon being handed the keys a day early, I was delighted to find the apartment completely spotless and in perfect condition. The instructions for the apartment that we were provided were comprehensive and clear.During my tenancy there were a couple of minor issues to repair in the apartment. The capable Wise Earth team always responded promptly and had issues corrected swiftly. There was one occasion where a contractor accidentally damaged the property when looking at another issue under my direction. Wise Earth mediated the issue and negotiated a reduced repair cost for me, despite having no obligation to do so.The process at the end of our lease was also perfect. Wise Earth were happy to recommend very affordable contractors to perform the end of tenancy deep clean and carpet steam clean. As a consequence, we got our full bond back within days of vacating.As unbelievable as it might sound, Wise Earth give rental agencies a good name! Thank you!
