They have cleaned out several apartments in our building and they are here now. they rediculously use wheelie bins and bang drag them up and down stairs. last time they were here they broke tiles on the stairs. they drag furniture and don't use two people to lift them. they also dragged large ppliances like a fridge or washer with only a rope. one person dragging something down two flights of stairs on ceramic tiles. I rang and asked their receptionist or boss to intervene. they r extremely loud too. last time they also threw furniture out of apartment balconies over to the ground floor footpath and I live below that. I saw no actual trolleys being used. this is abuse towards public housing properties and I complained to the housing provider but they did nothing either. it took months before stairs were fixed and we ha e elderly people living here. trip hazard are terrible for people that can barely walk

They where doing work next door and have left my driveway atrocious, knocked my fence down and have put it back up with by the looks of it with there eyes closed. And one of the pigs even has the hide to cross over into my yard an drag my hose 10m to the other side and leave it running. While all of them stand on the side they are meant to be working on smoking and having a good laugh about 6 of them watching the cement dry.

I contacted Star Property regarding the removal of a tree from my front yard. Staff were friendly, received a quick quote which was reasonable. They then arrange for a date, tree was gone within a day, cleaned and before and after photos were texted to me. Very happy and highly recommend them. I recently hired a Skipp bin on short notice due to a burst pipe which was also arrange and delivery on time. Thanks guys
