Cash Converters Beenleigh

I will never buy something from them again went and brought a ipad yesterday for my birthday and it won't let me do anything so went back today to try get my money back and get told it's all in my head and that it's my internet. Which it isn't as my other products work with internet. I will be making sure that all my friends and family never go there again

I wanted to purchase an item from this store today , I have bought several items from cash converters around Australia, I have never been asked for my residential address and my personal details, I also purchase goods and services from several stores worldwide, I have never been asked for my personal information , I refused to purchase the product as I do not supply my details.I would like the Beenleigh store to supply an explanation.I understand asking sellers their details to ensure that the goods are not stolen, but asking buyers who are willing to buy you products their ID and information is totally unacceptable. I will contact the ACCC for an explanation.I will never purchase any products from any CC stores and encourage every buyers to stop buying for a company that has no respect for their customers.

Not very nice some of the staff at your shop there was a handbag price 29.99 with wrong tag had different brand and colour so I ask if they can look at it one young person staff said oh only a handbag no big deal then started to laugh with other staff about it I don't care if it was only 5 dollars or 5000 dollars it is the attitude I don't like then this lady said get out of the store you have lost a good customer now not happy

Bought 2 UHF c.b. radio's, one they gave no warranty on due to wires exposed on microphone. this would not have been a problem if the radio actually WORKED! which it did not!Never will i go there again!YOU DID NOT SAY ITEM WAS FAULTY! YOU SAID WIRES EXPOSED ON MICROPHONE!

Need to be reminded of basic customer service skills of late, having a staff member peering around corners then inferring that you're stealing because you have items purchased elsewhere in a bag is a complete joke, well done Sherlock, we now know why you 'work' there. Everyone who walks through the door must be 'stealing' from Cashies? The irony here is staggering.

For the third time . Today I went in to browse as I have done for the past 15 years . And the lady with noask follows me around the store like I was a thieve. I have spent a couple of thousand dollars in that store . No longer will I come to your store . Your loss not mine

I found the customer service to be of impeccable quality and i am a difficult customer at the extreme eccentric end and they were friendly, diplomatic and funny and i wanted a bargain and was able to negotiate one and leave the store extremely happy. There's a first time for everything.

Ive always had a positive experience here, specifically from the PF Department. remember to ask about return policies before making a purchase. Im sorry about anyone else's experience, and they can be a little slow depending whats going on. things happen and its up to you to double check everything before purchasing from any second hand trader.
