Beauty Stop.

Beauty stop has high professionalism and fantastic customer service! I go to a LOT of beauty salons and I can tell you that they KNOW what they're doing and they're GOOD at it. Everything was so beautiful and clean and I appreciated the use of a glove when handling my hands. The shape of my almond nails are just FLAWLESS. I will definitely come here again when I am in town. Thank you also for the team for taking me in last minute on a saturday night! Just gorgeous customer service and worth being a loyal customer.

I’ve had many pedicures over the years from many different places and this had to have been the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. First of all the customer service was terrible. I told them I just wanted a pedicure and they insisted I get a full set, I told them I didn’t want a full set as my nails needed a break as I recently ripped them off and they’re brittle and thin, and the male nail tech comes up and looked at them said that I would be fine to get full set. I had to tell them no about 4 times for the full set. Had a young girl doing my pedicure, I don’t believe she’s had much training, she layered up the gel polish and it was horribly painted. The leg massage was terrible, she didn’t even scrub the bottoms of my feet. I asked her if she wouldn’t mind fixing up the big toes as they were the most noticeable for the mistakes. She just painted over them again. I also wasn’t aware it was an extra $15 for gel colour. Very expensive for terrible service and result. I did complain but they didn’t care.

This nail place is my absolute favourite. All the workers here are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, kind and cater exactly to what you would like. Every time I have got my nails done here, they have exceeded my expectations and have given me the best advice and experience. Just recently I requested if they could give me Toy Story themed nails after showing them a picture and by no surprise they are the best nails I have ever had. Highly recommend this place!

went to the beauty stop Capalaba to get my nails done for my 21st birthday. I’ve wanted this design for a while and a lot of nail salons turned me away when they saw the “freehand design” but not the Beauty Stop. I was served by Dan and had the best service, very polite, fast worker and a steady hand. Dan did this design with perfect symmetry on both hands with nothing but a google reference photo. I’m very happy with the results, the shop was clean and well kept, very smooth process and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place compared to others

Lovely ladies here, and the nails are nice, can’t fault that.Just wish they told me that what I chose would cost extra. It cost me $43 for a single colour gel on natural nails, without a manicure…. For that I could get my nails done AND a manicure somewhere else.Probably won’t be back.

I am so disappointed with my nails. I loved the design I got but within a WEEK my nails have snapped. It must be the glue becuase it’s only the tips coming off. I came here for my first time trying to find a more local nail salon. Lesson learnt I will stick to my regular nail salon in Cleveland. I am so upset as I spent $80 on nails that have broken already DON’T GO HERE!

The staff were lovely but the quality of work is absolutely disgusting. My nails looks like someone has grabbed a pile of clay and shaped it to my nail. The quality of work I received today is certainly not that to what they advertise above.

On 15/6/2023 had a face waxing. The girl over waxed at the same spot that makes me hurt so much and peel off my skin. I called them back but no one give me respond. It’s a big NO to this shop and 100% won’t go back.
