Beaurepaires for Tyres Maroubra

I booked my car in over a week ago for the free balancing offer I was given after buying 3 tyres last year. My appointment was for 9.15 this morning. I arrived at 8am. I was told it would be ready at 10.15. It is now 11am and I just got my car. So a half hour job took almost 2 hrs and that is with an appointment!

Booked ahead for balance, rotation and alignment , job done without issue. Asked for a quote on spare tyre but told all good no need, so I felt I could trust the team.After service care edit:After finally getting to test the service provided the balance was not complete and the vibration remained. I had it redone elsewhere and was told all wheels were out of balance. After calling Beaurepaires to discuss I received little help other than, you could have gone to a Dunlop store. A bit disappointed and would not recommend or return if there is a question of aftercare support

I live in Maroubra only a few streets away from the other Tyre place up on Maroubra road near the school opposite the Church. When I attended this place, the staff quoted me a price for a wheel alignment for a small hatchback as $79. When I finished the job they said my car was lower than normal so they charged me $119! I've been in cars for a long time and knew this was bull$hit! This happened on a few occasions.I decided to travel a little further down the road to Beaurepars and spoke to Simon the owner. This guy is an old school business man! Handshake is all that's needed. He's a man of his word. I asked for a rotation and balance and did the job I asked. Rotated my tyre and didn't charge me as an alignment on the old tyres was worth doing as they were on the way out anyway. Just a great place. Don't use people who don't appreciative business! This place does!

Got a big screw in one of the tyres over the Easter long weekend. Chatted with the operator on the Beaurepaires website and they quickly sent a job request to the shop so they could contact me asap. Got a text from the shop on Easter Monday and booked a time for the repair work straightaway. Went in today and the staff was very friendly. Although they said it would take almost an hour, but it got fixed in only 15-20 min. They even help put the cargo cover and mat back, which I put on the back seats as the original tyre did not fit in the space saver slot. Really impressed by the attention to details and customer service. Highly recommend this shop, especially if you are a NRMA member.The only downside is that the car park is a bit small so it might be hard to drop off the car when the shop is really busy.
