Never thought buying a new car could be so easy. From the first visit, Tom Ahern my salesman, was the most pleasant, professional and easy to deal with salesman Ive ever dealt with. Product knowledge, and evidently genuine passion and enthusiasm for the product he sells was what made me go for an LDV. I have just recently bought my first car from this dealership. Had an absolute great experience. I was looked after by the dealer Tom, who made the experience more at ease and exciting! Tom demonstrated great customer service and ensured my requirements were met, making this experience enjoyable and one to remember! Not a great experience today. Both my vehicles (LDV T60 & VW Golf Alltrack) get serviced there. Not anymore unfortunately. My T60 was in for its 30,000k service today, was quoted $380 over the phone then when I get the bill I was told $480. To their credit they did walk back on that. I then went to my car and noticed that the hand brake still wasn't holding the car.I went back in and asked if during a service the hand break is checked and adjusted (100% this is supposed to be standard practice) and was abruptly told No we DO NOT adjust or check hand brakes". I very calmly cancelled my golf service and left that is a fundamental safety check.. They were quick to try and sell me new tyres as a road worthy issue but not do something as simple as that. I am also not entirely convinced on the oil change as the dipstick is showing some nasty black oil coming out of the sump.I will also share my experience on our socials as its just not up to scratch. was just a super rushed

I found it interesting scrolling through the reviews when you get back to 2 years most are five stars, but recently one star. And I know exactly why you can't complain about the service... There isn't any. Can highly recommend the LDV G10 van but please don't buy from this mob.

Sales team were very good the problem this dealer has is clearly the service team.. would have to be the worst service experience I've ever had in every way..The cost alone is outrageous for what's offered $785 for a 20k service just seems crazy not only that it's a sub par job with pannels being left off and car smelling like an oily rag, other dealers will wash the car and present it in a professional mannerSadly I'm not sure I will be servicing with this dealer or any ldv dealers if this is the after purchase treatment and would find it hard to recommend the brand to others

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer . After buying my car took me 49 days to get to someone . I would always get lied to that somone will give me a call back or I would get transferred to the right person but “that right person” was never available.If you are thinking of buying a car please spend a little bit more money and can with a Better brand and dealer .

Took delivery of a new LDV Max 2 days after signing and today I had the 5000 klm service. Brilliant care and attention from all the staff, thank you, I will certainly recommend you guys.

Started experiencing squeaking when breaking after my services a month ago. This wasn’t a problem before the service. I then sent them 4 emails about it and i didn’t hear back at all. Pretty shocking customer service.

Before buying a van from another dealership, I gave Nity who offered me a deal so good I drove almost an hour to Ferntree Gully LDV to talk business with him. He and the team were very friendly and made things as simple as they could. He was extremely informative and has a genuine respect for his customers. I got the van I wanted with the optional extras I need at a very reasonable price. Overall, a very positive experience dealing with Nity!
