$154 for a bloke to come around and look at my machine for 5 seconds, tell me its a 5 minute fix but he doesn’t have the part (surprise), and leave. It’s a faulty door lock.Then don’t hear anything for days after. Finally have to CALL THEM days later and ask what’s happening.Quoted $120 to come back and fix the issue. Plus the cost of the parts, plus the cost of the postage.Not to mention my partner has had 12+ phone calls from the time we booked and the person arriving.Total cost is close to the price of the machine itself.This has been a terrible experience.

Dish washer was randomly turning itself on and off. However when service man came it had corrected itself. He did a thorough check but could not find a problem. Dishwasher has been fine since. The serviceman was prompt, friendly and very professional. Yes I would use this company again.

We contacted this firm to have our coffee machine inspected to see if it was worth getting it repaired or not.We were told $154 to ship and inspect coffee machine and provide quote for what repairs needed to be done. No work would be performed without payment. At no time were we told we would have to pay more money to have the machine shipped back.We had issues with the courier who did not turn up at the time and date that was scheduled.Quote for the repairs, labour and shipping came in at over $580. Which was in addition to the $154 already paid.As the cost of a new machine is less than what was quoted we asked that the machine be sent back to us.They reduced the quote to just under $400 but we advised to not go ahead with any repairs and return the machine to us both verbally and by email.They said they would reduce the quote by another $25. By this time we had had enough of the way they were talking over us on the phone and not listening so we insisted on the machine being returned to us at no further cost.They then informed us that the repairs had already been done and that we would have to pay if we wanted to have the machine returned to us.Since then we have not heard from them and they still have our machine.These people have been misleading and really only want the money. I would never recommend them.

Took the time to show me what had happened and some tips to maintain the machine to ensure I don't run into any more issues.Some of the best repairman/customer service I've received in a long time! He was punctual within time frame. He was polite respectful and got to the jobs done quickly I will definitely use National Appliance Repairs again. And it was fantastic to get three appliances fixed together on the same day.

One of the worst services I have come across in Australia. (apart from polite staff answering service number).I called for washing machine repair and have given all the details required regarding the issue.Technician completely incompetent. Arrived and asked me to come down to pay for his 2 dollar street parking while explaining to me that he got a ticket earlier in the day because he didnt pay for parking in a previois job!Came up and asked wha the issue is? looked completely puzzled Did not know what was going on after 5 minutes and clearly had no repair intention which was pretty obvious from the minor tools that he was carrying and given me 3 possible options abt where the fault might be but very unsure and said we will do trial and error by changing door lock and if it doesnt work then we change something else with cost ranging from 50 to 450 dollars. then stood infront of the washing machine and said I will write my report now. 154 dollars was a complete waste but its not abt that its more about how incompetent the technician was.

Expensive labour - $353. Oven still doesn't work after spending over $500. They want another $312 to have another part installed!! SMEG sells the part for $28!!You have been warned.

Very happy with the call centre staff and the technician that attended our property. The technician was super helpful, quick and really friendly. The washing machine is back in working order and we are very happy.

It was our first time using Nationwide Appliance Repairs and we were extremely happy with the service. The technician arrived within the allocated time frame and repaired our dishwasher quickly and efficiently. Also took the time to explain the cause of the problem and answer all our questions. Will definitely consider using them again in the future.

Completely useless.The cost of having a technician coming and doing nothing is $170. If I definitely know that a timer in my oven is gone, I need a technician to come in with the timer and put it in. This is why I gave you the oven’s model number.They can’t say how much a timer would cost and they can’t say that a technician would come in with this timer in hand.I don’t need to waste $170, thanks.In the end, I bought a timer online, put it in and my oven works again.Such businesses as yours are just money grabbers.
