I was unhappy with the service. The hairdresser I had lacked confidence and a certain competence with cutting my hair. The hairdresser seemed to only be familiar with providing generic cuts, and didn't seem to be aware of techniques in layering, shaping or styling. I am not comfortable with the end result. Unlike the other reviewer, I miss my usual place in Brisbane.
