Jetmaster Heat & Glo

We had an issue with our 7 yo Quadrafire (which we didn't buy through them) and Ash and Gary at Jetmaster were absolutely fantastic. Honestly I can't recall getting better service anywhere. They know their product, moved on our issue very quickly and sorted things out well beyond what we were expecting. Can't recommend the team at Jetmaster highly enough.

Gary and the team went above and beyond in showing me the best ways to generate to best heat from my fire! He was more than happy to bring out a couple of spare parts and nothing was too much trouble could not recommend more highly!

Excellent sevice, warm and inviting place . And i enjoyed the mintie lollies they had for customers.weve ordered the classic with the chrome and white richmond mantle, black granite hearth, and the fire in the pic with mirror reflectors.

A big thank you to the amazing staff at Jetmaster in Richmond for looking after me.Not only did they save me money by not making me buy a new fire screen as they said they could fix it, they didn't even charge me for the service.This does not happen often but when it does it certainly brightens up your day, especially in these crazy times.So thanks again it was much appreciated.Adam Brown

Today Gary from Jet Master visited our property to service our Quadra log heater, it became apparent quickly that Gary was an expert in his game, he spent extra time making sure my wife and I were clear on how to best operate the heater, I must mention he is a great bloke too. After several discussions we found ourselves talking about many and varied subjects. In particular lifestyle topics, soon we found ourselves bartering and exchanging homemade and home grown goods, Gary makes and awesome Chilli Sauce and smoked Chicken drumsticks. If you need support with your firebox Gary is your guy!

Extremely disappointed with the service call had to get an outside company to fix what they supposedly could not fix. So I ended up paying two service call fees!! Got me once never again JETMASTERAnd to make the matter worse they sent out a government agency to check my contractors work!! ( I was contacted about my one star rating which they did not like)It was given a 100% clear reading of carbon monoxide by the government agency

Technician very rude, abusive and threatening - appalling customer service.We were told to expect a technician between 8am -12pm where this Technician (older Balkan descent male) arrived 7:50am. I had thought I would've received a phone call beforehand and asked him about this which is when he started yelling at me and walked back to his van to leave. I asked him to come back and he got in his van. I then took a photo of the van and registration number 1PW 8EC in order to report this behaviour to the company. He decided to come back with his gear and was so agitated - he threw the equipment on my front step which caused damage. I decided I was not comfortable to have this abusive, angry person who, clearly had no regard for property, into my house.I called Jetmaster to report this and had a customer service person tell me that someone would call me back. I finally had a response from Simone at 1:25pm who was not apologetic. It seems this arrogance displayed from her is the team culture at Jetmaster as I also witnessed on my doorstep from their rude, angry and abusive Technician.I do strongly do not recommend this company.

I have a VisionLine Fire Pit that is easily the best fire pit I have used. The efficiency of the unit is amazing with virtually no ash after multiple fires. I am in a seaside location so contacted Jetmaster Heat & Glo to source a cover to protect it from salt spray and they were extremely helpful. Very happy with the service.

Such a great company to deal with.As a gas technician I have to deal with many manufactures. Heat and Glo are fantastic to deal with.From tech support to ordering spare parts. They take their time to listen to you and ensure they don't miss a thing. Even if they miss a call, they will call you back to ensure you need no further support.Their tech support also understand that not all techs know their products inside and out. They are more than happy to walk you through the entire function of a system to ensure its operating correctly. Without the attitude like some other manufactures at times display.As a qualified gas technician, I would say working with a Heat and Glo product is painless. Their products are also quality.
