Great for kids too!My 3 boys have been training here for a few years. They love it!After realising it wouldn't be long before they'd be kicking their old mans butt, I also decided to take up BJJ at Mitsu.I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've made.Great people, great atmosphere, amazing depth of knowledge willingly shared.Definitely the first choice for BJJ on the south coast.

Fantastic balance of a relaxed atmosphere with no excuses hard training. If you train bjj in WA you have to make it down for a training trip at some point in your life.

Had the good fortune of being recommended Mitsu by another grappler whilst I was working in Albany for a few weeks.Chris has a deep knowledge both on the ground and standing and an excellent way of communicating and demonstrating.Great training atmosphere and very welcoming, if you are anywhere near Albany this is the place to go for all things grappling and martial arts.

Jiu jitsu is the best 1 on 1 self defence, at mitsu domo you will be able to learn jiu jitsu but also meet the happiest and most postive people you will ever meet.
