Great service. Needed a replacement part for my Blackvue 650 that i damaged while changing vehicle so i went to these guys. They were in the middle of moving with everything all boxed up and could have easily turned me away. Instead the guy started going through boxes opening them up until he found the part. Then when he found it, he gave me a substantial discount. Very happy with the service and highly recommend these guys!

The team at Sportgps were amazing in customer service and after sales support. I made a substantial purchase and their support during and after the purchase was veryimpressive. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from this company and will do so again myself.

Terrible service. Been chasing a resolution with a faulty heart rate monitor and ‘Mike’ never responds. I call (they don’t answer) and Facebook message and no response. Highly suggest looking elsewhere because the customer service is terrible. Judging from the other reviews and that they do not have reviews visible on Facebook anymore I would not recommend them as I can see many more customers with similar warranty issues where they go radio silent.I have contacted qld fair trading already who are helping me resolve the issue.

Purchased a Wahoo indoor Smart bike trainer from SportGPS.I left an email question regarding stock availability. Chris returned call same day and we organised order. I said I'd head out to their office and pickup, to my surprise Chris asked where I was (in Fortitude Valley ) and offered to deliver direct to me.The SportGPS order system generates clear emailed paper work. Turned out when I read the invoice that the order was for a slightly different model. I phoned Chris, he refunded in minutes and located correct model, re invoiced and delivered to me in Fortitude Valley.Highly recommend!

Avoid like the plague. This organisation has not been helpful or responsive when attempting to resolve a warranty issue. I have raised a complaint with Fair trade qld and encourage all others to as well when they have issues against this business.

I've made a number of dashcam purchases from SportGPS and they have been excellent to deal with on every occasion. After sales service top notch even after having issues with a 2 year old Blackvue unit they still responded with suggestions. Would recommend them and will continue buying from them.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Purchased 2 Viofo pro duo dashcams online at over $400 each. They sent me the cheaper models probably hoping I wouldn't notice. I complained and they sent me the ones I ordered.Unfortunately one developed a fault and I then spent 1 month trying to get hold of them via email and social media. No response to any of my 5 requests until I said I would contact fair trading qld. This prompted their first and only response and Chris of Sportgps asked me to send it back and he would take care of it.I sent back the dash cam with tracking. I've tried to contact them twice via email over 2 weeks since they received the faulty camera. In their usual form they have completely ignored me so I will take the matter to QLD fair trading. Two months trying to get a response out of these guys is ridiculous. Patience is now exhausted.Purchase from SportGPS at your own risk.

Great experience all round. Purchased a dashcam over the phone with a gentleman by the name of Chris. Offered good advice and settled on a Viofo model. To my surprise arrived next day. Installed and works perfectly. Would recommend.

I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but I ordered an item through Catch with SportGPS, and unfortunately the wrong item was sent. I messaged SportGPS through their website and they got back to me promptly, were super apologetic, and willing to sort out the issue ASAP. Big thanks to Mike and Chris. Cannot fault this company at all.
