Dreadful agents managing my investment property in Liverpool. The tenant is in serious arrears and they can't even get him out thru tribunal. Constantly misspelling my name and failing to pay bills correctly then not saying sorry by trying to shift the blame. I never even wanted this agent but my agent Harcourts merged with them. These guys do the bare minimum and consistently fail to get me enough income to pay my bills.

I have dealt with this agent in selling my property, which were worst experience ever, then when I found then selling/ advertising Land Packages in Toowoomba stupid enough I dealt with them again.Patrick Huynh, was the agent who was responsible of the Land package and the one who was explaining to me the whole process till I paid the deposit to secure the land, then after a month they rang me saying those land can not build on them, when I went to the agency the guy (Patrick) disrespectfully and with unprofessional behavior explained and making up stories which does NOT make any sense, when I requested my deposit again with nasty behavior he tried to cove himself for not been responsible of paying the deposit.Anyhow, I really advise everyone NOT to full in the same situation it happened to us.Please, DO NOT believe what those people say, and I will forward our complaint to the head department of this agency.

Worst service! They announced open home inspection and gave just no show on the location! Went cabramatta just for this inspection in this weather! Never face this type of unprofessional behaviour!Wondering how will be the service after renting from them.
