Andrea's counselling and guidance has been an amazing support during an extremely distressing period of my life. I highly recommend her services.I love the options to be face to face or walking and talking that reflected my needs at the time.Andrea's amiability provides a safe space to acknowledge, grieve and goal set to start the healing process.

Andrea is an amazing counsellor, my wife and I were in a rough spot and we were a bit apprehensive about doing couples therapy but Andrea welcomed us into her home and treated us as if she’d known us for years. She is very personable and worth every bit of time and money. Highly highly recommend. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

My husband and I visited Andrea when we needed a little extra help in our marriage, and I can honestly say she has really guided us and helped us through a difficult time. I would recommend Healing by the bay to anyone in need of some extra support and guidance. Andrea is warm, inviting and made me feel comfortable from the first interaction, this was helpful for me as it was my first time using a counselling service. Andrea helped by listening and providing some fantastic coping tools that I will use for life. She shows a clear passion and empathy for helping others and is very accommodating within your needs and boundaries. I know that Healing by the bay is there if I ever need to use the service again.

Andrea has been fantastic in our journey through marriage counselling. We like the way she conducts the sessions, which is not an easy task being in the middle of two conflicting minds. Andrea is amazing. My partner and I visited Andrea when we were in crisis mode. Almost at breaking point. We spent the first few sessions unpacking our relationship issues and under her guidance, we were given the tools to help navigate our issues to help understand one another and to get back to loving and appreciating our relationship. After 10 weeks of couples therapy we can confidently say our relationship is back on track; we are more aligned and in tune with one another than we have ever been in the past 5 years of dating. Every individual is different and for us what made our therapy successful was not just our willingness to make it work, but it was our combined and individual connection we both felt with our therapist Andrea.Andrea is excellent at what she does - she is a true professional; she remains impartial, she made us both feel heard and understood, made us feel comfortable to share our opinions and emotions and supported us through our therapy journey.
