Absolute bunch of amateurs and rip off merchants.Took my car there for a RWC,they charged me $2,500 and only did half the job.when I picked up the car they informed me that they did not have time to complete everything and to return so they could finish.when I got home I noticed a dent on the bonnet,so I called and they said they would also fix this.on return to workshop they said they did not know how to service transmission and diff.they also could not fix diagnostic service in dash,and then lied about the damage they caused when I produced photos to support.Honesty I am so disappointed as these muppets could not fix a peddle car let alone a real car.

Literally the worst place ever, $730 and nothing was fixed car broke down 2 days after had to take it somewhere else . Would not recommend Save yourself

I got done my car roadworthy from this place they charge me for arm control bushes after and 1 month my rwc expire..I'm going to another for RWC they show me arm control bushes not changed...

Know what they are doing, proper feedback and advise before completing any works, realistic and transparent opinion with options where possible, get the best deal on parts for the customer. Timely completed the works. Provided info on near future things to be mindful of. Would definitely recommend.

I walked into 5 auto repair shops on the street and these guys were the only ones to sit down with me and prepare a quote to fix my car. They were friendly and clear with what needed to be done to my car. I knew after the first 10 minutes that my car was in good hands.A day after I put my car in to be fixed, I received a call to tell me they were waiting on a part to be delivered and they would have to keep my car for an extra day. On top of that, while working on my car they found that some of the work that was previously quoted, didn't need to be done so the price had been reduced.I would have never known if the work was done or not, this shows the integrity and customer service of this business.I highly recommend the team and HiTech Auto Care. They are the best in the west!

Hitech Auto Care delivered a professional, trustworthy and reasonably priced service. Technician was clearly an expert. I hope to get all my future services and mechanical issues resolved through them. I highly recommend their services and always book an appointment before you go.
