Have used Dream Plumbing previously for a hot water service and jet blasting of stormwater pipes. I reached out to Ben as a family member needed a new hot water service installed. We were in real trouble with blocked sewer lines. With only one toilet, huge work commitments and a very narrow window to get our issue fixed. Ben and his team were responsive and incredibly professional. Really great service is difficult to find these days and you typically don’t find it with trades. These guys are hands down the best trades I’ve ever dealt with. Clear, articulate, knowledgeable and courteous. Explained every step of the way what they were doing and then the repairs were top notch. To get provided with video documenting the repairs is truly outstanding. Highly recommend these guys. We’ll be using them for our bathroom renovation in future.

Ben and Brendan helped us resolve a hot water leak under our slab cutting off supply to two bathrooms. They installed a new instantaneous gas heater and were able to plumb in new supply by opening up the double brick wall from the outside. Very pleased to have hot showers again with only needing to loose two tiles from one bathroom which will repair seamlessly. Skilled, efficient and easy to work with. Happy to recommend 5*
