The manager Tina really goes above and beyond for customer service, had a small issue earlier and within a few hours Tina had called me and sorted everything out, exceptional customer service, and very respectful and understanding.

I am very angry and disappointed with recent dealings with Tina. Bills for my company were sent to her office by ASIC and she did not forward them on to me. I am now in debt for late fees because I never received the bills. She will not return phone calls, she will not answer emails. I've found her work ethics to be unprofessional and as a result my health has suffered. I am now not only left in debt but I am dealing with ASIC and the taxation department because she didn't do her job.
