Lowe Design and Construct worked with us on a small, two town house development. They provided a full service - design, permits, marketing and sale of the second townhouse, documentation and finally construction. Throughout all stages of our project, Lowe’s were a delight to deal with - professional, honest, hard working and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The finished results are stunning, fabulous quality, and a joy to live in. The after construction service has also been exceptional. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our journey with this company, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them highly. They are the best!

Lowes are a quality build, you pay a bit more but you will see the difference in the finishes. We had issues at the start but once build got started we felt we were in the hands of Professionals and all challenges were dealt with appropriately. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lowes if you want a beautiful house. From the start, we dealt with Gary, and he sorted everything with the council, BAYSIDE!! and throughout we were updated on how things were going by Mel, our project manager.

We moved into our now 5 yo Lowe Build home a couple of years ago and we just wanted to say we are still very happy with all aspects of the property. Malcolm has always been quick off the mark in sorting out any minor building issues since we moved in and Danielle has also provided prompt advice on any queries we have had.We have been recommending Lowe Builders to our friends since we moved in.Phil and Michelle

WARNING. Do not buy or engage Lowe. They built my place with an illegal roof and brickwork does not provide water protection so water runs down the walls inside. Highly negligent and no -compliant. STAY AWAY. I’ll be posting a YouTube video soon if the Lowe disaster.

I looked at a lot of properties before I bought this one, and the superior quality of the building and finishes in the Lowe townhouse was evident. A few minor issues that I noticed after I moved in were fixed very quickly, and the after-sales service that Lowe provides sets them apart from other builders. I'm very happy with my lovely home.
