The best grooming service in the area - Martha always looks amazing and they dote on her ❤ their in shop range is really good too, we have found some lovely collars and outfits for her here. The team are all lovely as well, so kind, welcoming and understanding if any issues come up after booking. Keep up the great work!

Used to be good for grooming but just bought a bag of treats there for $16, however if you go to the dog bakery business website, the price is only $10 a bag. Usually items should be sold at the same price either at stockist or from the treat brand’s website but at hachi they hike up the price so much it didn’t feel pleasant.

My Noodle and Pretzel always look good after visit here.The groomer looks very caring dogs. Happy to be a regular customer in this shop.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is professional, punctual and obliging.I really like Hachi, but most importantly my new pup (mini schnauzer) likes them. He‘s had a couple great cuts where he comes out dazzling and happy, and I am a returning customer. They also have the cutest boutique retail store where I’ve picked up a lux bed, jacket and awesome treats.Thanks Hachi!

Great grooming service. But their store front is so understaffed, also staff allow to bring their dogs to the store (and the doggies can be fiesty)

Easily the best groomer our wriggly Westie puppy has ever had! Friendly and organised, the whole appointment was sorted via IG chat, with a reminder text the week of. Super fast, our puppy emerged a brand new doggy - fresh, fluffy, neatly trimmed, and smelling glorious. Dog grooming is its own art form, and this team have the patience, skill and temperament to pull it off with good humour.Thank you Hachi!! We can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Further update : Hachi sent me a very long note abt how they felt “sorry” abt everything and guaranteed dogs being supervised . So how come a 20 m² shop with staff supervised would still won’t be able to see two dogs chewing their leash. My dogs are dachshunds. They’re not German Shepherd, they cant chew the leash with one bite. I don’t know how come this is very confusing to them. For your information when my cousin trying to pay the bills for grooming the staff felt very sorry and trying to pay for our leashes but the manager as they mentioned , refuse to let her pay for it and tell her there’s nothing wrong with them. This thing is never about money or free items. It’s more of the attitude and company culture of Hachi that we surely don’t appreciate. From the second the manager walked in there was not a single sorry but kept trying to blame everything on dogs and us. Said leashes are old dogs chewed it but never rethink abt why they did that and why staff didn’t realize they chewed it. And please if Hachi have further questions, call me directly instead of writing notes on google review.Original post: After being a loyal customer of Hachi for 3 years we are now finally disappointed.
