Classic Pools

We have recently had a pool and spa installed with Classic Pools. They have been extremely helpful from start through to completion. A few minor technical issues but the team has been fully supportive the whole way. Tim and the boys who installed the pool were amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. After service has also been excellent to date.

Craig and the team at Classic Pools gave us excellent customer service, which shows years of experience in the industry. I especially found them very helpful with the after installation service in regards to the pool equipment and surrounds. Highly recommend them

What a pleasure to deal with a professional and caring team. From the moment we stepped into their showroom in Springvale right through to the end everyone was a delight to deal with.Craig’s knowledge of the product range goes without question and he works with you to ensure you end up with the best product for your application. No question was too much and we left feeling very confident with our choices.The follow up by Sophie was also exceptionally high and any questions we had during the installation were attended too promptly.As for the actual installation Tim and Brody deserve a huge shout out. Incredible team who work tirelessly even under difficult circumstances, lots of wet weather, to see our job completed to a high standard thanks so much guys.Classic pools should be considered always if you are looking for a quality pool company.

My pool instal was never going to be easy as I needed it installed on a very steep, vacant block however the team were very patient and accommodating when I needed to change my selection several times due to engineering and available size. Tim the installer was absolutely great. It was a hard install and he and his team did an awesome job, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Can’t wait to get in next Summer!

Craig W in the office has been helpful in guiding us through the best options for our pool and was always available on the phone to answer any questions. Our experience was extremely positive start to finish. From Craig (sales) Jackie (Admin) Bill & Nick, easy to deal with and always accessible. The job was completed without issue in a timely manager even with some adverse weather. The entire Classic pools team were fantastic. Very happy customers.

We have just had our pool installed.From when my wife and I walked in the door at classic pools in springvale, we were warmly greeted by Craig, he said for us to look at the displays and come talk to him when we find what we like, instantly my wife found one that she liked and we went back in to discuss, we told Craig, we wanted the pool in out front yard, he looked up our address and placed a rendering of our chosen pool on our block with all the dimensions shown in regards to buildings and fences, to which he told us we can have exactly what we want, he ran through what equipment we need and why he recommended these products and then wrote up our quote.We had Tim and his crew install, and they worked non-stop and had our pool in the ground , full of water and equipment running in 5 days, he put the pool at the exact height I requested and made alot LESS mess than what we were expecting, he called me and discussed as he needed.We could not be happier with the service and the end result that we have received from Classic pools

I met Craig over a year ago, and what can I say, him and everyone at Classic Pools have gone above and beyond to make sure I got the pool I wanted. They communicated with me very step of the way and I cannot fault their service.The team at Classic Pools also extends to their installation team, a massive shout out to Tim and his boys for their incredible work and professionalism.If anyone is looking to have a pool installed, Classic Pools are they way to go, you won’t regret it!

I can highly recommend Classic Pools in Springvale to anyone.We found Craig to be very helpful and patient ,to our situation.He was always available to us , if we had any inquiries , and on one occasion came out to our home to point out the best position to place the pool, again above and beyond.

Our pool was installed 60mm above the agreed height, our pool pumps were installed, but left not secured down to ground which is causing the pipes to now leak, which has delayed us from finishing our tiling around the pool, and getting our permit. Building rubbish and left over concrete was dumped in our backyard and left for us to clean up. We contacted Craig to speak with his installer as there were issues coming up during the installation, that were not fixed.We asked the installer to come and clean up which he never did, and we are still trying to clean up after a month, after the installation.I had to help the pool pump installer finish his job, and pick up piping from Bunnings as he was too busy on the day to finish our job and the heater was left not wired or working.I have had it since wired, as I had not heard back from him.The earth bonding cable was also left unfinished and not connected.Classic pool has threatened us with debt collectors to pay the remainder of our quote, without helping us rectifying these issues, and finishing our pool to an exceptable standard.Very unhappy customer.
