Awesome training centre for any mining or civil related training. Easy to deal with and good learning support

Did a first Aid course with CPR. They did not teach how to dress a wound how to apply bandage. Very poor. Positive they good with CPR and snake bite about the main 2 things they covered

The people there are friendly, honest, and makes it easy to get onto the subject.

Horrible service been onto these guys for two weeks now chasing down my paper work have failed time and time again to receive any feed back from these jokes all they want is you're money futher service after that is shocking use Somone else trust me

Friendly, helpful staff willing to help you get competent and pass. You go over questions again in White card training and High Risk Forklift to make sure you remember. They will spend the extra time with you to ensure that you're confident on a forklift to pass your HRW forklift licence and give you all the info you need.

Did the Standard 11 course last week. Dropped in on the Monday morning and they managed to accommodate me onto the course. No fuss, very friendly and competent staff. Shout out to Keith, our trainer, who was very professional, no nonsense, and a no BS trainer. Tons of relevant experience and great hands on learning. Looking forward to training with them again in the future.

Did my coal surface induction with Ty as my instructor.New to coal so I found the course to be very beneficial.The layout of the building was great, clean, we had an elf that kept taking away dishes and rubbish every time we left the room.Thank you!The office people and other trainers were also helpful.

Attended New Horizons Safety and Training to undertake training for basic first aid and CPR. The trainer accessor was professional and made the class feel comfortable. The facilities were impeccable and administration staff were friendly and helpful. Parking close by was easy to find. The building was well signed and easily recognisable with access to the building from the main street direct. Overall a top company that should definitely be considered as the number one go to for safety and training in the Rockhampton region. Thank you for assisting me with obtaining my First Aid Certificate.
