Hi guys I don't normally write a poor review however after my last auto detailing I feel I need to be honest, using this service every two weeks usually for the $39 exterior wash I've been happy with the service offered, however on the 18th/04 I used Geo for an interior/exterior detail ($99) the finish was really poor on this occasion, I didn't realise how poor the finish was until I turned into the sun where due to the use I imagine of dirty cleaning equipment I couldn't see out of my windows, as I was a distance away I had no choice but to use my wipers on the front windscreen, once home I then inspected the vehicle all over and it was the same, windows dirty inside and out and the paintwork had the same dirty appearance on all panels, Guys you will need to lift your game for your future customers unfortunately I wont be one

Few years ago was better.I got 2 cars and I use to take both cars there regularly while wondering in BFCNow they charge more money for a NO better service !Gave them few chances to wash and clean the car, few years ago was better.Now they don’t clean certain part on the inside and on the outside they leave marks ( hand marks )Last time I’ve pointed that out they gave me 10% off the next wash , I went there to use that 10% and that was last time they saw me. Not going back there anymore .If they would have clean out those hand marks rather that give me a 10% off I would have been happier and I would have give them a couple of more go’s.They charge $80/$100 ( depending if u want the back of the Ute washed) for washing a Ford ranger dual cab .There are other car washes near Kmart at Joondalup shopping centre, just 2 minutes from there l. Save your self money and find someone with good reviews.Cheers

The guys at Geowash are quick, efficient, friendly and good value. I have had a number of cars cleaned there and have never been disappointed or let down. They actually try to accommodate the types of vehicles, paint finishes and have a good attention to detail. I was there on 23rd March and drove away very happy with the service - the 5 years old car looked new again!

Absolutely terrible customer service. On Sunday 1st March 2020 we took our car to be washed & cleaned. We where given the hard sell ($100) & expecting a nice clean car at the end of it. Disappointed is an understatement. They also lost the immobilizer out of our car key, rendering the car unusable. Our car needed to be towed home. On Monday (public holiday) we sat waiting for hours for ‘there’ mechanic to come & ‘fix’ our car, only to be told there was nothing he could do. On Sunday we where also told that Geo would cover any costs occurred, which they have since gone back on there word. It’s costing $150 to get our car to start again.As you can imagine what should of been a simple car wash has turned into a very stressful situation.Not happy at all. Geo have been very unhelpful & they seem to be only bothered about $ not the service they provide. I will not be recommending these guys to anyone.

Wish I could give this a 5 star but I called up this morning regarding a price on a full car detail as we are selling a vehicle. Price given was $188 including shampooing the seats. When I brought the car to be cleaned 20 minutes later and spoke to one of the staffe members who gave me a price of $220. When I told him what I was quoted over the phone he laughed at me and said that those prices are from" and his boss is now having the day off so I wouldn't be able to contact him again.I argued the point to no avail and could not get in touch with whomever I had spoken to 20 minutes prior.I paid the $220 and got the car done. It only took 1 hour and I was very disappointed with the clean. The rear view mirror and window frames around the front window and side windows had not been cleaned as well as inside the door grips and sun visors etc. I can understand stains but these marks I wipes off with my finger so they hadn't been touched.For $220 I was expecting a car I didn't have to re-clean before taking photos for sale."

I called first to ask how much it would be for a quick interior clean only (interior front windscreen, vacuum and dust), I told them the model of the car and they quoted $25. When I got there 20 minutes later they told me it would be $40, the windscreen would be an extra $10. They laughed when i said I was told $25 over the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm disappointed as this place is close to home but I'd rather travel further for better service.

Car came out nice and with loads of sticky tree sap removed, well done boys!

I pulled up to a very rude man who checked his watch upon my arrived. I then asked for a car clean.... he advise 300dollars and when I referred to the price board..... he said oh because of the bugs" I then futher inquired about a vacuum and he advised a futher 200. So I drove to the 24hr car wash and done my self for 10bucks. Sack ya staff. Or close them down. 500 dollars. That's more than what I pay for my actual car."

Incredibly poor service as well as customer service. I got the ‘mini detailing’ which was $109, so I expected a pretty decent clean. However when I got back in my car, I noticed there were so many marks on the console and on the seats & doors that weren’t cleaned. Many were easily wiped away when I pointed them out, which shows there wasn’t even a proper attempt to wipe everything down.I received a lot of attitude and a lot of excuses when pointing out all of the marks that remained. Rather than them going over it again, I had to sit there and point at every single mark for one of the staff members to wipe it off, while having them repeat over and over all the things that weren’t included in the mini detail, despite most of the issues being fixable with a quick spritz and a wipe. I eventually just gave up because I felt so uncomfortable. Take your money elsewhere, they’re only interested in getting you in and out as quick as possible.
