Polite team & super helpful. I would like to see prices on shelf items however don't let that very Minor detail deter you from thier great customer service. Recommend shopping here for office supplies

It's a shame this shop isn't full of clients. They're eager to serve, nothing is too much trouble. It's not modern or elegant but it has everything you can think of stationery wise.

So a few weeks ago 5th January I rang Beenleigh office choice to ask if the late fee was per order placed (as in family) or (per student) I was told per order. So that was good so I place all 5 orders online 6th January which included 2 kids from a friend's family (was charged $50 late fee mind you $10 per child). Now the first bank transaction was declined due to an error in me putting in card details but the second transaction went through. It was a week later I still didn't receive any correspondence from office choice in regards to my order so I rang them. I them got told that because the first transaction was declined all orders were not placed or proceeded. I asked why I was not contacted as there would of been $600 sitting in their account (with attached order numbers) but not allocated to an actual order. No one could explain it. So I asked to have the late fee refunded due to this error and our books not started even after having been paid. She agreed to do $5 per order. So $25 in total. She asked if I wanted a refund over the phone or just when I come in to collect the books. I said when I come in is fine. So I go to pick up the 5 book orders today and to get my refund back but am told it's for $22.40 (because apparently it's minus gst) which I was not told over the phone and never heard of gst being included in a refund. I said no that's not what we agreed to you said full $25. She said the late fee was $11 minus the gst (which was wrong for that school which I corrected and said it's only $10) I should be greatful in getting any refund at all because my order was placed after the cut off and if I didn't like the refund that was being offered that they would be happy to refund the whole lot and for me to leave the orders there. Which I also corrected and said no if I was placing after the cut off I wouldn't of been able to place my order online otherwise. Because I was being petty over $2.60 I was advised that that money would be coming out of her own pocket and she hope I was happy. I said well yes I will be happy getting the full $25 in which we both agreed to over the phone the other day without any catch 22's. If you want to make an agreement honour it and you won't have issues like this again. Made me so annoyed. After all this I contacted the school to advise of what had happened and that if they want to use a business like that in future that want to charge us for providing a service to make sure they treat people with respect. This was passed onto the school booklist organiser. I did not receive a call to clarify what happens she called the business and took her word for it. And then called me back and said I have been informed you will be receiving your refund between 24-48hrs and that it's been resolved. I said that wasn't why I was so upset it was that we had an agreement and I had been lied to and spoken to so rudly after asking for my refund. I was basically told I was the one at fault.

Great service if they don't have it in store they can get it for you within 24 hours or less...
