I bought my house build by Worthington homes an year back . It's a beautiful home build by the team at Worthington. But there were some minor issues of General maintenance which I reported to Liam few times. Whenever issues very reported Liam took them very seriously and acted on them in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking to get a quality home from a Professional builder .

I would firstly like to say thank you to the Worthington Homes team especially ( Liam, Darren, Joel and the rest of their team members) who helped us to build our first home. My experience with building my first home went above my expectations which was met with honesty, quality, reliability and the most important was timely and clear communication. After meeting Liam for the first time at his showroom I instantly knew that he would be the right person to help me build my first home. I was introduced to Joel ( SENIOR SITE MANAGER) by Liam onsite before construction began. Joel was highly knowledgeable and approachable as soon as we met him. He guided us throughout the whole process. Once the construction of our home began I was sent weekly updates sent by Joel about the construction and progress of our new home. We made a few changes which were accommodated without any hassle. Once our home was fully constructed we engaged a professional third party to inspect our home and they said that our house was built with high quality standards maintained with superior finish.I would highly recommend Worthington homes if you are looking to build a high quality home at an affordable pricing.

We recently got our first house built from Wothington homes. Building a house can be an overwhelming experience. Specially for the first timers like us. We were reluctant to build and were looking for a ready to move house. However, we decided to give it shot and met Liam for the first time. He is a great guy and immediatly put us to ease without hard selling anything. We decided right after the meeting that we want to build with them. Mark and Darren helped us narrow down the planning and held our hand throughout. Once we went onsite, Joel proved to be a seasoned site manager who knew what he was doing. He kept us in the loop and updated us weekly on the progress. It was Covid time with lockdowns and rains and floods in NSW so we were expecting delays which were out of control of everyone. However, we still knew exactly what's happening, what we are waiting for etc. We made a lot of small changes and asked a lot of silly questions but always met with fairness and honesty, which is highly appreciated. Now, we are in out new home and very happy with the build quality and responsiveness of Joel and Grant even after the handover. We highly recommend them.

Liam and the team are amazing. We have just finished the design and tender process and we could not be happier with the Communication, Professionalism and Integrity shown by Worthington homes. The team listened to our needs and wants and have advised the best solutions for our budget.Can't wait to start the build of our forever home.
