We had a tricky family situation and didn't get great help over the phone but the (new) manager on site at Embleton was awesome. She understood the situation and did all that she could to help, even crediting back some fees when the account was in transition and payments got missed.

We had our household effects in National Storage, Embleton, Perth for over 3 years. We didn't access our unit over this 3 year period - as we moved back to NZ.We just recently moved our household effects from storage. Our storage was in the same condition as we left it. No dust and still clean.Also, very clean and well maintained storage yard. Easy access with trolleys and lift (if required).Any queries via email/telephone handled efficiently and professionally. Thank you.Highly recommended!

We have been with National Storage Embleton (NSE) since Feb 2011. We have enjoyed being at NSE as the staff are always friendly, polite, extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The site is always clean and well maintained.Melissa, Amanda and Jared have always made us feel welcome and have always treated us in a professional and respectful manner. I will only recommend NSE to my friends and family should they ever require a storage unit.

The staff at NatStore - Embleton are effective, organised and carefully follow company procedures. They achieve this without being officious. At all times they gave us the confidence that the company systems will keep our goods safe and secure, while making us feel like valued customers. Well done Tia and Linda, and the on-site manager who assisted us with our first access.
