Purchased a top of the line Samsung MX7600gx form AMPS. They promised the world to get the sale, when asking to resolve print issues they refuse to get back to me. Basically sold me a printer not fit for purpose. Very poor service mainly from the owner. I feel very sorry for the Technicians who are generally nice people but not supported from AMPS management. I would be more than happy to discuss the issue with the owner but he doesn’t return my calls.

The service offered to my company was second to none. When both Fuad and Yousseph inherited my complicated and at times challenging IT and network problems, they were to able to rectify and address all my concerns in a professional and timely manner.They made the experience an easy transition due to their experience and well mannered demeanor. Never once was anything a problem for them.I highly recommend the service of AMPS Technology highly enough. Thanks boys

Honestly Truly disappointing about the product and service. AMPS is like a scam company, I wish I can rate 0 star. Everyone should seriously read these reviews before you sign any service agreement with AMPS company. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought the printer from AMPS. So Bad, Not Happy at all!!!

AMPS staff are excellent in terms of customer service.Prices were also reasonable on value for money with the printers that I purchased in bulk for my company.I would recommend AMPS to anyone with a small business or just for basic household technology.

I worked with amps for just over a month to help improve their website. They where an absolute pleasure to work with! A good group of people that are knowledgeable in what they do.
