On a tourist drive through Bellingen my wife got a nasty bout of flu, so we made an appointment to get a prescription for Tamiflu. Dr Gavin McAuley saw her and did a 3 minute health-check, then engaged in very pleasant small-talk about family and business for 20 minutes. He said he had never prescribed Tamiflu, so he rang the pharmacist to find out what strength he had to prescribe. In the end he billed us $ 131 for a long visit"

Have been attending bhc for 20 years all fine until recently, booked follow up appointment for scripts, first wrong doctor, then charged $122, $50 more than ever before, to top it all off I questioned the charges and the very rude receptionist replied, it must have been a longer appointment, so 10 minutes is a extended appointment? Poor service
