Wonderful amazing service! Rick & Peter really know their trade!! They also have wonderful, caring advice and assistance when it comes to losing your hair because of chemotherapy and guiding your new “do” as it regrows.

A full wig was brought in for me it was apparently the smallest cap size I took ages making up my mind about it still having doubts but was made to feel guilty as the new owner of the business went on about how she would then have to try & sell it & she would now be at a loss money wise so I said yes & then was asked when do I want to start putting money towards as this wig cost 1500 dollars & I'm only on a disability pension so I would be paying it off but after thinking more about it I wasn't really comfortable with it I decided to not get the wig also bearing in mind my circumference of my head was never measured prior & I even explained that I don't even fit into adult caps only kids but when cancelling the owners demeaner changed & was quite abrupt & rude when I asked for my $100 dollars back she was very rude & said I need to think about it & like I said I still had to try it on first then she said I will put the money into my bank account & being abrupt said I've got to go but you know my first payment was paid in cash and I haven't heard back so to me it came across as only in it for the money The previous owners we're alot nicer& wouldn't have spoken in the manner that this person did.

Such a beautiful salon filled with beautiful souls. Not only do they cater for the general cut and colour maintenance that we will need, with beyond general results, but they are all inclusive with amazing wigs and head prices for sale and fittings.

Pete has been my hairdresser for almost 20yrs been tracking him down on every salon corner known to Ncle. Nothing quite like the perfectionist Pete for his level of wisdom, authentic care, professional advice and his all round sense of humour. Peter, Rick and Amanda are an exceptional team you will not regret.

Rick spent an unrelentless amount of time trying to help me sort through the mess that is hair loss and how to get my life back with helper hair. Can't thank him enough for being honest and showing me what could best suit me, with absolutely no pressure. I was then given some shampoo samples by the female hairdresser and they are just beautiful. It's the little things. Can make such a big difference to someone struggling so much.

Peter and Rick are wonderful, I've been coming here for 6 years and always love their work. Best colour, cutting and stylists - you'll wish you'd found them sooner. Gorgeous salon and extensive beautiful selection of wigs. They care about what they do and you'll walk out looking and feeling amazing
