Employees consistently give wrong information and have bad attitudes causing me weeks of mail delays even though I paid for Express Post. Worst is they are incompetent to even release my parcels to me, defeating the point of a post office. I have had no issues with multiple other post offices over 5 years. I hope they all get retrained. I have made multiple complaints to both them and Auspost and all of them get ignored.

This is my local post office and it's by far the best post office I've ever dealt with. They even saved me applying for a new passport because I was able to renew the old one that expired in 2018.

DO NOT GET YOUR UK PASSPORT PHOTO FROM HERE. After paying to get it done, paying for the application (£100) I then found out by HMPO that the photo did not meet their standards. I then went into Teds in the CBD who told me they constantly get customers from AustraliaPost who have not been given the correct photo for UK standards. Waste of time.

A gentleman at this store gave me incorrect information. The info was they cannot print documents from the usb. As a result, I had to travel far to get documents printed.When I came to this store to submit those documents, a lady at this store called Theresa, who served me, advised they can print the documents from usb!Just because of that gentleman's mistake I wasted time, energy, and money in the process of obtaining print outs from a different store!I wish employees were informed better!

The workers are always kind and helpful. I go here for post, Western Union and deposits to my bank. Mondays will have lines, but the other days are short lines, if any. Passports do require an appt.

Delivery with anyone else including a pigeon is so simple and easy. Yet with Australia Post, it’s hard they can’t even deliver all they do is tell you to come collect something. Then when you do they say we don’t have it always the worst experience when ever I these guys get involved

I had a gift to send oversea today and the lady (Michelle, not sure it’s how it spell) was really helpful and handed and packed painting very carefully because she wants the present can delivery to my mom perfectly. She just made my day brighter :)
