Have been to exact a few times lately. . I have found ipswich exact to be efficient from the girls in reception to the DOCTOR. who gave me my injections. .. went very smoothly both times and was seen early. . In an out in a short time ….

Spent a few hours here this morning having a chemically induced stress test. Just wanted to say a big thank to all of the staff for their friendliness/kindness. I was very impressed by the way they interacted with all of the patients & made us all feel informed & at ease. Well done guys!

Professional customer service from the receptionists, but I cannot highly recommend enough the radiologist who did my nerve root injection. He was efficient, extremely lovely, and did the procedure incredibly well. All the lovely ladies too who helped the beginning and end of the procedure were so beautiful and so lovely. Made a very nerve wracking and largely (prior to this) horrendous experience so so much better.Thank you for restoring my faith in Exact Radiology and to the incredibly doctor who did my nerve root injection, thank you so much.

We have been here multiple times and the experience has been good or average. Usually there is a small to long wait, depending when we arrive, but today was very prompt. But this morning's visit was especially great. The admin staff were polite and The sonographer (James?) Was amazing and so kid friendly! He put my young son's mind at ease and had some great science chats about the body and scans. We were very relieved and grateful for this experience, it was such a good start to our day.

Male ultrasound tech was great. Very pleasant and professional.Without him my rating would be one star.The women behind the reception counter make you feel like you're a dog waiting for scraps from the table. They barely acknowledge people standing infront if them. Whatever you're doing on the computer can wait while you talk to patients.And the damn masks. Still! Nobody can hear you! God knows how the deaf cope.

I had a referral for a MRI on my head due to severe nightmares and severe migraines. My experience was pretty good. The staff her polite, basic and kept communication to a minimum which I prefer. I was able to lock my bag and valuables up for safe keeping so I did not have to worry about those. I giggled at the man wearing a suit. He looked important for he was basic and polite enough.The clinic is clean, water is available if you need it. Gloves are available for you to take face piercings out if need be.Parking was easy to find although the car parks are a little tight so be careful not to ding someone’s door.

I went here for an MRI.The staff were friendly and tried to help me.The waiting time was a little long, but this amount of waiting time in Australia is not that bad.The staff conducted my examination with professional knowledge and gave me detailed explanations.The MRI examination was not a very pleasant experience, but I was able to complete it well thanks to the friendly staff.I think it is a good radiology institution with plenty places to park.

The rudest reception staff. (They lady with short hair in particular.) My husband needed a scan and was quite nervous. I was happy to wait in the seating area for him. Instead, I was very rudely told I had to wait in the car park. I had a full face mask on and there was no one else in the clinic. I definitely do not rate this place. No care for their patients at all.

I recently went there for a scan and was going to make an appointment for it with the receptionist Claire as soon as she saw my referral she said laughed and said oh dont be silly we can do this now for you" in a very rude tone.... she also was not wearing a mask.... as she was checking me in she consistently made little comments that were not necessary
