Extremely happy with my brow lamination & henna-looks divine!!! & arms waxing- no pain at all!!!Also the lady was very friendly to me.Will be back for sure!!!

Asked for a light brown tint however was given black considering I have ginger hair this is not even close to light brown what I asked for.shocking walked away with dark black eyebrows. Which then they told me it was light. My friend came with and had the same experience blonde hair and now black eyebrows and skin above her eye brown also tinted black.

i naturally have quite thick, rounded eyebrows - i asked for my natural shape/thickness to be maintained, just for the regrowth to be waxed. i was then talked into getting threading because “the hairs were too short” (never been told this by my other beauty therapists). not only was the threading incredibly painful, i walked out with a pair of ridiculously uneven, straight, and thin eyebrows that do not suit my bone structure or face at all. definitely would not recommend to anyone and would recommend the staff actually listen to customers.

Just had an eyebrow wax. The wax was too hot. Burnt my skin. There was no pre prep done on my eyebrows to ensure that the skin was dry enough. The lady who waxed my eyebrows really hurt me as she did not allow the wax to dry long enough. Not sure if it was because she was completely inexperienced but I will not be returning.

I had an appointment here today (28.04.22) at 6:35. I asked for a brow tidy up and an eyelash lift and tint. My right eyebrow has a big chunk out of the start of it and they are severely uneven. The lady threading my eyebrows was not friendly at all. She then went ahead with my eyelash lift and I was in discomfort the whole time as the product they used was getting onto my left eyelid and in the corner of my left eye. Another lady did the tinting of my eyelashes and I have never been in so much pain as she got the tint in both my eyes and my eyes were bloodshot red and stinging when I finished. I have been here many times for eyebrow threading and I’ve been happy with them. Today was the worst experience and customer service I have ever received. I was too scared to ask for a refund as the lady who threaded my eyebrows served me. Worst $79 I’ve ever spent!

Super happy with my eyebrow shape and tint! Amazing service, it did take a while to get serviced but it seemed a bit busier than usual with one beauty therapist working. My tint was the perfect shade and I left feeling super beautiful. A super good deal for a brow package (thread, shape and tint) for $34! Can’t wait to come back.

Extremely disappointed with my service from Magic Brow Bar Indooroopilly.I went to get a wax on 9/03/2021 and the lady who served me was chewing gum loudly with her mouth open the entire time.I asked her for a wax to my brows and she asked me 3 times that threading would be better or else I wouldn't get shape... If you can't shape someones eyebrows with wax... do not work at a brow bar?! IAfter finally agreeing to do threading because my skin was 'too oily' she aggressively threaded my brows and slapped on aloe vera afterwards. She was not gentle or nice and constantly said 'stretch' in an annoyed manner when i did not know where to stretch.I had a thick chunk of jelly like aloe vera on my eye lid, he did not trim my brows nor comb them with spoolie to make them look neat. At the end she gave me a mirror and walked straight to the till without saying anything. Highly disappointed in her customer service and service.You are better off doing it yourself than spending $$ to go here!

Great service and end result. I wasn't 100% happy with the end result the first time so they did a little extra to get it how I wanted it. This was a positive first experience with threading and eyebrow tinting. Thank you Mehik!!

Earlier staff were very lovely but today I went to get my brows done the lady asked me to come at 8:30 pm and i showed up at the store at sharp 8:30pm and she was like I’m sorry can you come some other day we gonna close the store in 2 minutes how mean is it ? Then why the hell did you guys give me the appointment?

mehak did my eyebrows today and was amazing! I came in with uneven brows and she did a great job tidying up and evening them out for me! I will be back :)
