Settlement Point Boat Hire
I showed up without a booking and hired a pontoon boat for three hours. The staff was helpful, instructive and suggested places to fish. He obviously take safety seriously. The store had all I need to take the family fishing including hire rods, bait, snacks and drinks. The pontoon itself was clean, maintained and everything worked. There aren't any nearby take-away cafes at Settlement Point, so if you want hot food (if you aren't using the BBQ on the pontoon) bring it with you. The pontoon was well priced, cheaper than other towns I've visited. Enjoyed my fishing trip.

Settlement Point Boat Hire
Rented a kayak for a couple of hours. Good service and reasonable price. The shop is very close to the beautiful pelican island (only accessible by boat) and you can easily paddle around and go exploring.

We had a great day out here! the boats are what you would expect and the staff are very helpful. Old fashion courtesy goes both ways and while this is not the most modern set up, so what? It works and we will be back for sure! Just so easy and a awesome way to spend a day.

Settlement Point Boat Hire
13-20 Jun 2021. Had to keep coming back to Settlement Point. I hired a kayak 4 times during the week. Gary was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction for some good fishing spots. Highly recommended for beginner fishers and kayak fishing.

Settlement Point Boat Hire
My wife & I drove there from Port Macquarie to check our what they had available. We booked our boat for next day for 9:30.Next morning we arrived there 15 minutes early & there was no issue with taking the boat early. The boys where very easy going & very helpfully, we had a fantastic time out on the water. We would definitely go back & hire boat again.

Settlement Point Boat Hire
Very nice and helpful staff, I rented a kayak and stand up paddle twice, equipment ok at a good price. The location is excellent, the landscape while swimming is very nice, you can safely sail around the island of the pelican in two hours by kayak.
