Staff members were really friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that I went after work, late in the afternoon they produced the best quality nails I've had in over 2 years. They are beautiful and faster than any other salon I've visited. Highly recommended.

I had a day trip in Wagga, and I wanted to get my nails done. I went to this nail salon and I was the first customer early in the morning on Saturday to get acryllic and tip. The nail tech put the tip and asked me how long and I said not too long. Then after she cut the tip, I told her if she could do the almond shape yet she said too short" but sounded like she wasnt happy at all. So I said

My recent visit to Anna Nails was disappointing. Despite being a repeat customer, the salon is expensive and unprofessional. The constant turnover of staff leads to poor communication and understanding of customer preferences. Moreover, my nails were consistently ruined, and a requested square shape was mistakenly done as a coffin shape. The language barrier adds to the frustration. I cannot recommend Anna Nails due to these ongoing issues and will be seeking a salon that prioritises customer satisfaction.

Absolute rubbish! I can’t believe I wasted good money getting my nails done here. My nails are all different lengths. I have a couple of red burns around my cuticle and my nails are so sore. The woman who did them didn’t interact with me at as for the first 20 minutes as she was on the phone talking away. I should have got up and walked out when I first thought to.

I was told $100 dollars for mani and pedi. Charged me $130. Didnt bother asking for a refund. The mani is great. The pedi sucked. It was rushed and in cold water on a cold day with cold air around. Couldnt be bothered asking them to do better. i had this service during the day and several of them sat around and did nothing while my pedicure was rushed so there was no excuse - they had staff and they had hours and no other customers to tend to

Eyebrows were done a fewdays ago after seeing theiradvertisement while getting a pedicure. By the way the pedicure was good but do not ever ever get your eyebrows shaped and coloured. Total disaster. Awful job. They had a hide charging for it and yes, I should have said so but I never do. But I can warn others. Do not let them touch your eyebrows

I spent $60 on a pedicure as a first time user of the business today.Unfortunately I did not receive good business.Within 10-15mins my pedicure was complete. The young man that did the pedicure quickly soaked and buffed my feet, clipped my nails then applied nail polish. Before I paid, I checked my feet and they were still rough, even the small loose flakey skin was still evident.I showed the lady, at the cash register, and she said this was normal and that if I wanted the dead skin removed, I needed to ask.I walked away from the salon feeling disappointed, confused, and ripped off. As the salon was busy I didn’t wasn’t to make a scene. However I’ll be asking for my money back because I am not happy.Edit: So, 1 day post treatment, I received a refund. The process was extremely painful and reluctantly provided. No apologies. No acceptance of feedback. Initial refund was authorised over the phone, then withheld when we arrived there in person. I respected the company by organising two private chats about the issue. One over the phone and one outside the salon. The owner tried everything to keep the $60 and during conflict resolution, even went as far as telling me that during the call I was hung up by her staff member, because I talked too much when I asked to speak with the manager.Do yourself a favour. Do NOT visit this salon. Read the online reviews about this organisation and quality of service before you visit them, otherwise you may end up experiencing what many others and myself have.A zero star rating.

I honestly really didn’t wanna put any stars in. Because my experience was a negative 1 star. I asked for a simple light blue SNS set and was given a dark blue. I also asked to keep the length of my nails. She said “yes I can keep the length for you” and then continued to file off all the length. She proceeded to forcefully pull my hands towards her when I wasn’t close enough. When she was done she just got up and walked of and didn’t even say anything. After this experience I still had to pay $60 even tho the job get like it was worth $5. Will definitely be my first and last time going there.
