I would not give any stars if I could. Stratacon placed me in a a very compromising position both personally and professionally. I was placed by Stratacon to manage a construction site that unbeknown to me at the time was in complete disarray with an obvious disregard for Health & Safety among many other issues. I later found out I had been the 3rd site manager there in a week. When I aired my concerns to Aaron and stated that i was not willing to put my professional reputation on the line for a company who had not their house in order, Aaron began to negatively attack my professional and personal character. I found this totally unacceptable and realised that Stratacon did not have my best interests at heart as Aaron continually mentioned, but their own. I immediately resigned my position from the job as per the conditions of my contract. I submitted my timesheets as directed by Aaron but these have all been queried and rejected by Stratacon. Therefore, after almost 1 month I have still not been paid by Stratacon for the hours I worked.I should add that soon after luckily getting away from Stratacon I was placed in another management position by a more reputable Recruitment Agency that has resulted in the Client offering me a full time role within the company.My experience with Stratacon was very poor and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone else.
