Eriana was patient, listened to what we were hoping for and had really practical, creative and affordable options for us to consider and visualise ahead of time for both tiles and fixtures- and we are super happy with the result. Pieter, Laura and Eriana from the Thornleigh team were very helpful, informative and supportive in designing and ordering our new bathroom. They made the styling process quick and easy. They helped a great deal throughout the build.

Eriana is one of the most helpful and patient sales staff I have ever met. With so many choices and styles of tiles to choose from, she listened attentively to our needs and made great recommendations.We changed our configuration a few times and made multiple visits to the store and every time, she was cheerful and patient with us. She even gave us a small discount on the rrp.The store owner Peter was also very helpful with helping us load the tiles into our car.

I fortunately worked in the building industry for 32 years. And I can honestly because of the people I got to meet, work with, learn from and develop ideas together with, it’s the people that make the business. And the friendships forever you keep forever. Since retiring I’ve missed working, but from my current renovation its truly realise it’s the people I work with. And the Beaumont team have proven it to me, they are all brilliant. They have gone above and beyond to help us, choosing our tiles, help me with the many times I second guested myself, they never once made me feel like I was a nuisance. The decisions and the ideas they helped me make, have helped me enter into this massive renovation without second thought or hesitation.I wished I’d known Laura, Peter and the whole team earlier for a couple of smaller jobs we’ve done, we’ve now decided to bring our next renovation (the main bathroom) sooner, and I honestly never thought I would say that. After looking around at other tile stores, we chose Beaumont Tiles in Thornleigh because we were able to choose all of our fittings and tiles at the one store for our Ensuite renovation. We had a design consultation with Laura who was very helpful with tile design ideas and refining our choice of fittings.Will definitely return to the Thornleigh store when we begin renovation of our main bathroom.
