I've been here many times. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Whether you need a service that couldn't be fulfilled online or need a matter to be looked into and resolved in person, the staff will help.

Avoid this centre for the sake of your own mental health. Especially if you are non Australian.There is sure a reason they have lots of free and unbooked slots for DT.I had booked my DT here.There is a bald examiner which is aggressive and rude, he fails non Australians no matter how is the drive. The manager Fran Walsh no better than him many times made excuses (covid cert, delay, booked out, .. ) to cancel my test.I complained about their customer service in the beginning and I ended up my test finally being canceled for 10 min delay (which was due to the location of their own center and their mysterious exam’s carpark spots), had to wait there solid another 5 hours (12-5 pm), was charged again for another test… and after paying twice for one exam, the examiner failed me around 5:30pm. I drove 10 years, have defensive 4WD cert with max score, passed my second test with 107 out of 100 and this guy gave me 60!! He falsely accused me of speeding a few times in the car in a full show which in all occasions I showed him the speed limits on the road and my car speed but he was just mumbling stuff. My car hadn’t the dash camera sadly and he knew that and since he couldn’t put any other faults on my drive, had to play his cards like this.Definitely this centre needs more mental screen when it comes to their staff.I highly suggest avoiding this place and recommending Botany centre for DL test. Many 5 star reviews are old reviews actually for the shopping centre not this place.

One of the most intense, stressful, and degrading experiences I have ever experienced in a long time.I went to get my ps test and although the test was canceled for maybe valid reasons. Everything up to that point was so disheartening for something that should be a pleasurable and memorable experience.From the moment I got in there I was harassed to fill out paperwork when I had arrived 15 minutes early to account for this. And then was constantly berated that my test would be canceled every few seconds that did not stop even when I was clearly distraught, stressed and crying.It wasn’t until my partner showed up did the bold guy serving me, stop being aggressive about canceling my test whilst I was there and change his attitude. Which is extremely poor form.Highly suggest being tested else where or be prepared for emotional damage before you get in a car and drive for a test.

The atmosphere of this place is so welcoming and great for people nervous for their driving test! The staff are so lovely

Typical government bureaucracy.I was turned away for historic rego because the mechanic who did the safety check wrote the existing reg number of the car on the form.The vehicle is identified by the blue slip (a government document) which has both VIN and existing rego on it so there is no doubt in identifying the vehicle.Can I strike through it? No, go back to the mechanic on Monday and get him to write another one.Wasting everyone’s time and money for no gain except box ticking. I thought NSW was better than this..

I am completely dissatisfied with layout of this NSW service centre, i had a driving test at 9 am in the morning on 03-04-2023 I reached there before 9 as I don't find Service NSW this is Engadine shopping centre and parking is way down and this area is quite crowdy and as per there policy arrive 15 minutes earlier but no one to attend me as the shutter was closed once at 9 they open the shutters then I get a chance to talk they said you have to remove car from outside and park inside in 4 minutes otherwise I will not attend you, I tried my best but took me 5 more minutes and they refuse to attend me and want me to pay 60 dollars again I already wasted my lot of hours which I was out my work.Completely not tolerateable.

The staff at Engadine RMS Are extremely nice. However when I approached one of the examiners to explain why I didn't wait the examining car to merge as it was taking to long... she was extremely rude.. so it seems that the examiners are of a different kettle of fish altogether from the staff serving customers.

Today I went to RMS Engadine with a friend to transfer a rego. I waited while the transaction was being done and while waiting I witnessed an unpleasant interaction from a customer. The man was greeted by an Asian worker as he entered and I heard him say I don't think I'll be able to understand you

Got to say I was dreading having to go to Service NSW as it really is something that i would prefer to avoid if possible.But WOW, just had the easiest experience ever.All the staff were friendly and proficient, especially Ruth who completed the purpose of my visit effortlessly.An amazing 7 minutes from parking the car to driving back out again.Couldn't have been improved. Well done.
