Good choice of burgers at a reasonable price. You order at the counter and sit down. The staff at this place were amazing. We made a bunch of changes to the burgers, and they did it without any hesitation. You can mix and match pretty much everything. This means for you vegans out there you can have a beyond burger and vegan cheese with all the trimmings. The only thing we didn't like we're the sweet potato fries, they seemed over cooked to us. Good choice for a burger and a beer on Pako.

Nice Thai food restaurant at Geelong town! It open at after lunch hour too!!! There is toilet which need to walk beside of the walking path to another building beside with key request from the staff! Free drinking water as well!!!

Customer service here has gotten awful I used to be a loyal customer at Pakington street Grilld. For the price you pay you would like to atleast receive the product as you asked, yet we had to go back to get what we got redone. The management there shows no empathy, my mother and I went to lunch here and the food had caused her to vomit up being chicken or oil cooked from the chips from there again no helpfulness or empathy given to us as customers. Teens managing the restaurant. Terrible service. :)

Sorry Guys usually a family of Grilled...drove down ordered take away in store...got home with 10 mins..hamburgers presented like they had in in a Bai maree soggy , cold and chips oily and soggy ...disappointed

It's an incredible place to stop and have a burger chicken or beef they have really good chips if you enjoy salt, though if you ask for stuff to be removed, they're happy to oblige overall id definitely recommend if your looking for a place to have a meal with a friend this is a great option

Food delicious as expected from Grill'd. Service other than dropping food at the table was non-existent. Order not correct but staff not around to mention this too.

There were four staff working and not one of them seemed interested in seating us. I don’t think I ever heard any of them actually speak to a customer. Once we ordered we waited what seemed like quite a while for our food. The chicken was burnt, ruining the entire flavour of the salad. The “croutons” were just bits of what looked like a roll cut up and the lettuce was old in parts. We paid about $65 and ate a quarter of each salad and left the rest.
