Lady at reception was exceptional whilst dealing with issues in both rooms we were allocated and an error with the recording of our credit card details. Rooms are adequate but dated. Perforated areas in the bathroom windows allow a lot of traffic noise into the room. Cleaning staff need to alert the maintenance staff to facility problems . In house restaurant was run well with friendly staff .

Nice little hotel for a couple of nights. Close to a number of places to eat and the rooms are nice and clean.

This was a great fresh place to stay great service great modern rooms awesome room serve meals .with a very nice restaurant. Definitely stay again .

Perfect place to stop! Our room was clean and spacious with an excellent mini bar, microwave and crockery. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and a nice light breakfast delivered to our room. Very friendly polite staff.With undercover parking our bike was kept dry when it rained. We’ll definitely stay here again when we do our road trip from Adelaide next year.Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Very quiet even though on a major street. Real bonus being adjacent to a fabulous restaurant. Staff very approachable and helpful.

Decent accommodation. The room was good and well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and the bathroom had ample supply of shampoo and washing products. My only criticism is of the other guests, mainly workmen, who blocked the walkway outside the rooms and smoked. The smell kept drifting into my room.

Our favourite place to stay whenever we're in Toowoomba ! The owner is a lovely lady who always goes out of her way to assist us with whatever we need.

Our room was spacious and clean. The only thing was my wife and I fell asleep while watching TV. You might laugh about it but my wife woke up past midnight Noticing the door was wide open! And the drawer on my wife’s side was open and the glass cover of the bed side table was move farther. She then closed the door , checked the bathroom and checked our belongings nothing’s missing. She also closed the drawer and went back to sleep. By 3 am I woke up and my wife told me about what’s happening. And the drawer was open again! A bible was the only thing on it. No… we are not drunk.. we don’t drink. My wife believes on spirit and she said we willStay again but not on that room.

Rooms quite large, very clean, plenty of stock in fridge and minibar. Lady in Reception obliging and friendly. However, would have been helpful to advise at time of booking that the restaurant was CLOSED right through Easter. Very inconvenient unfortunately.
