Rental agents seem to have problems doing inspection reports on time and reporting missing furniture or damage to owners homes during the lease. I know with all the airheads in the world.Having salaries on minimum wage it hurts that little head to report all the missing items like the entire living room contents of a rental home. I wonder. Yes I do.

Clearly Jason Kemp at Coronis West does not need our business. After 3 phone calls, 1 voicemail, 1 text and an online inquiry, I received no reply. Do not recommend if this is thow they treat their buyers.

At the beginning of our lease all staff were fantastic,helpful and friendly.A couple of months down the track,everyone started getting covid and service wasn't too good.We then were assigned a new PM, Trace White is a fabulous, kind, patient ,honest and very efficient and is onto everything and very helpful in all our requests for maintenance, and she appreciates her tenantsWe would use this company again for rentals for sure

Really wonderful agents. We are currently renting and they are easy to deal with. During our inspections they help us make sure the animals are safe. Any maintenance is always done in a timely manner. Easy to pay rent platform. Highly recommend renting or using this agent for your investments.

Wonderful staff have been renting with them for last few years now, any problems arise there always handled professionally. Property manager Trayc is lovely and always there to help. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent through them.

Recently had a rental inspection and I found the communication leading up to it was great, reminders a few days before and also the day before so you don't forget. Any maintenance requests I've had have been promptly handled and the process has been easy to follow all the way through. Special thanks to my property manager Emma F, I find her to be very helpful and friendly and easy to talk to regarding any issues, she goes above and beyond to help you. Really recommend this agency :)
