From the moment we reached out to them, Giovanni and Sam demonstrated their empathy and caring nature, making an unbearable situation a little easier to bear.The entire team, including Andrew, Laura, Giovanni, Sam, Carmen, and their dedicated staff, went above and beyond to ensure that my mother, Nancy Galluzzo, received the most beautiful send-off we could have imagined. If you want to miss the funeral cause these guys are late then speed to get there on time then book them.Otherwise use another service. So that your guests will be able to attend the funeral and pay their respect.

Would highly recommend - a very dedicated and professional service, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Every aspect was taken care of to the highest standard to ensure our attention was not taken away from our priority.

Was 45minutes late with the hearse. Speeding like crazy and weaving through heavy traffic to make up time. Missed half of my grandmothers funeral because of this. No apology. No refund or money offered back, no explanation. Nothing. Was not happy. This added to my how upset I was on the day already. And it was first thing in the morning so no excuse to be that way.

The death of one's mother is devastating and one would think not a time to write a review. Knowing that death touches everyone at some stage I wanted to share our experience with Andrew Valerio & Sons Funeral Directors. From the very first moment Andrew and his wonderful team embraced us as part of their family. They were respectful, compassionate, kind, professional and operated with integrity, honesty and transparency. All in all Andrew and the team support made the journey more of a celebration of life rather than losing our mother.
