Nick is very responsive to emails. Probably the fastest merch rep I've ever dealt with in terms of response time. Merch samples always arrive quickly, and Nick has a wealth of knowledge. I can ask for one product, and he always has a tonne of other back up options ready just in case management want to see something else similar. Product quality is great and always well packaged. Very fast shipping and quote times, and Nick constantly gives updates as to where the stock is at. Would highly recommend PromoPal to any business looking for quality merch to represent their brand.
