OZ Jimny is one of the best Jimny accessories websites. Anthony from OZ Jimny is great to deal with. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible customer service. Sold me a fridge bracket that i need for the fridge side they didn’t send. They won’t refund me for the bracket that has no use without the fridge slide as i installed this whilst waiting for the fridge slide to arrive, just told me to sell it online. I've done multiple orders with them and twice now they haven’t sent some of the items and not informed me or sent a message to apologise for any inconvenience. I understand there are delays with postage due to Covid, however it would nice to be informed of delays.

As a new Suzuki Jimny owner, I have a lot to learn and I was so impressed and amazed by the information and knowledge that I got from Anthony over the phone. I had a million questions for him about tires, wheels, awnings, lifts etc., and he was soo helpful! Anthony really knows his stuff!

Oz Jimny is the best website for all Jimny needs. Anthony was amazing to deal with. He provided amazing customer support. Would highly recommend him and the business.

I placed a few orders with them and each time it takes over a week to dispatch which clearly shows that they don't have the parts/items in stock as advertised and need to order them in first. Also there is no returns on defected items, you email them, and it takes weeks for them to get back to you... and when they do they wash their hands and direct you to the manufacturer for emails. Purchased the rear door brake light which was clearly faulty and had nothing to do with the contact feet being off mark, in the end I had to purchase a new light elsewhere as the resolution stalled and went nowhere. No phone number, no business address advertised on the website should clearly give it away as someone doing business from his garage and not able to deal with customers directly so in the future I will stay clear from this people.

Brilliant store and great range of products. Pretty much all aftermarket upgrades on my Jimny are from Oz Jimny (suspension, recover points etc). I would give 5 stars if I could select shipping company on checkoutEvery single package sent with Couriers Please gets lost (and I have to goto the depot and make them find it for me while I wait). If there was an option to select a better shipping method, at a higher cost (ie Australia Post - and ship to parcel locker), this would be a 5 star store.

Awesome, quick and friendly service. Great communication and great products! Will be shopping with OZ Jimny again.
