I think it great. I have my filter sent to every three months. It all happens automatically once you set it up. So I don't have to remember when to order a new filter.Freight is very expensive though, that's why I only give 3 stars. Otherwise would have got 5 star

Bought the oasis water cooler. Not going lie I was hesitant about buying this water cooler over the Woolworths one as it costed way more but it was worth it. Water cooler shuts off when the water is cooled to save power and still keeps the water cool. Water also tasts clean. Best purchase ever

Our twenty five plus year old Aqua water cooler died so we ordered from them again. Delivery was within three days. Although there was a hiccup in the order, I think it was Jordan, had it sorted to still receive our machine in that time. Very impressed in this world where a lot of companies do not value professionalism. Our new machine looks the part for the 21st century, slim and sleek and cold water. Thank you.
