I am pretty much rely on google reviews when come to choosing services or products. Same with this place. Tbh, first I went to another kayak hire place, base on a better review. But there was no availibily, so I decided to give this place a try. Thanks for the other reviews about how unsmooth is the kayak hiring process. So I was prepare. There was a booth of kayak hire here" but no one there. So I just approched to a staff cafe and asked for kayak hiring. She advised me nicely to contact a tour desk inside the cafe. Could be that I was just lucky or I visited during the holidays season

We called in the morning to ask about the weather - because the day before it was to windy to go kajaking. They told us it would be all good. So we rented the kajaks for two hours. We didn't came far because the wind was to strong. Unfortunately we also didn't got a refund.

Awesome experience, Vlad looked after us from the start to end. Making sure we were confident and comfortable before we set off on the boat hire which is great and requires no license. Highly recommended

We hired Kayaks because we wanted to paddle in Jervis Bay. You’re not permitted to leave the creek and enter the bay. The creek water is putrid and smelly due to the recent rains. I should have done my research better, silly me thinking the name of the hire business would indicate where I would be paddling.

Jervis Bay Kayak Hire
Hired a two-man kayak at 9am on a Saturday morning. Damien was very prompt and friendly, got us signed up and out on the water in 15 minutes. We had a lovely 2 hour paddle up the river and back. Spotted some stingrays, fish, birds, and lots of beautiful bush land. Great activity to do with the family, or even as a solo adventure. Also got to use our Discover Vouchers!

Staff did their best however running a kayak hire service as well as cruises, a cafe and boat rentals obviously doesnt work. Orginally told a 15min wait however an hour and a half later we were just getting on the water in our kayaks. Would be leaving a positive review if it wasnt for being told 15mins rather than an acurate time.

We were unable to hire a kayak with this company due to the poor customer service. When enquiring about hiring a kayak we were told the last time segment to hire a kayak would be 3pm. The next day we arrived at the business to hire a kayak at approximately 2pm. We had to wait 10 minutes to be served as there were no staff to be seen. When we finally were served we were told by the lady that the last time segment was 1:30pm and she refused to provide any further assistance. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

Lovely experience with hiring out double kayaks for our double date. A smooth process. The instructors were friendly and modelled all safety measures as well as explaining and reassuring us of where our boundaries were in the vicinity. Would recommend this service to anybody who wishes to kayak in the Jervis Bay area.
