Our vet Nathalie was exceptionally knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. My dog came out of surgery more spritely than what she went in.

I was house and pet sitting. Natalie saw me with the owners and pet presit. I was then in to see her while owners were away. I was very impressed with the level of clinical care including the microscope slides and hand made ointment on first visit and second visit a no hesitation approach to take my concerns seriously and treat the pet for the afternoon. VERY Happy owners that we caught the pets condition early and no doubt a happier pet too.This vet clinic is VERY good hope they have space to see you ;)

Well were do you start.. its hard to say good byes to your loving 4 legged companion, the Transition from life to moving on in any situation can be heart wrenching, Many thanks to the staff and especially the Vet Christina that took charge, who made us confident the best for Gus taking place, Thank you !

Our dog Molly had a routine knee operation that ended up being complex. Heritage vets have amazing, caring vets and nurses. She had great post operative care. They are old fashioned no frills vets who have lots of love for animals. I couldn't recommend them enough for your fur babies.

From our first visit to Heritage Vets with Kristina sitting on the floor and talking to Cooper like he was her most important patient, I knew we were in the best hands. Throughout the process of trying to find the cause of his symptoms, Kris was so empathetic and caring and helped me through all the difficult decisions I had to make. She had Cooper’s best interest at heart and always ensured he was comfortable.We unfortunately lost our beautiful boy to cancer last week and are absolutely heartbroken but thank Kris for all that she did for us. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

10/10 incredible vet. 0 greed in this place. If there’s a way they can help you afford the right care for your dog, they will do it. My dog has horrible separation anxiety so having them sit in one his minor procedure today helped so much. Can’t recommend enough.

Having moved to Busselton recently, I am very pleased to have chosen Heritage Vet Hospital to look after my cats. My initial contact (email/phone) was with Emily (Nurse) who was friendly, kind and efficient. My cat, Isabella, was very stressed when I took her in for her consult.
