Terrible work, keep critical patients waiting for months, never calling back, not offering any care. They just don't seem to have a clue how vulnerable their patients are.

When I was at my worst,the very caring people at like mind seven hills,were sensational,the lovely lady call Nila is looking after myself wonderfully,and the staff is lovely,I can't thanks enough these wonderful humans beings.

So I cal up to cancel my appointment, the receptionist Rhonda asks for my name and I say ok and as I’m fibbing my name she says wait you have forgotten your name ?Very shocked that she says this to me bar mabbeds and seems very poorly managed for a Blacktown mental health case team very sad lady to speak to people this way miss Rhonda learn your manners

Very disappointing service. Had a phone consultation organised, yet I did not receive any call (they are saying otherwise) despite me ringing the clinic 3 times to ask if anyone was calling me. The last phone call with them 4 hours after my appointment they stated the Psychologist was sick and they will call me back in 15 minutes to reschedule. Still no phone call. Please do not waste your time here, they clearly do not take Psychology patients seriously which is inexcusable.
